configuring and maintaining up to 150 Windows 2003 and 2008-based servers located in 80 different
countries.
§ Field Services Systems Administrator – General Dynamics
February 2009 – July 2011
o Served as Primary Technical Support for the Defense Attaché Support System Office (DASSO) at
the United States Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany, under the Defense Intelligence Agency’s
HOCnet Field Services Representative contract.
o Provided primary support for over 100 Defense Attaché Offices (DAO) located in Europe, Africa,
and Southeastern Asia, travelling over 145,000 miles to provide onsite service for mission systems.
o Liaised between State Department IT support staff and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)
employees to facilitate maintenance and support of OPENNET and CLASSNET State Department
networks.
o Maintained up to 150 Windows 2003-based servers located in 80 countries, providing remote
technical support for over 1,500 personnel and 2,000 desktop workstations connected to the Defense
Intelligence Agency’s SIPRNET and SCINET classified networks.
o Managed an 8000 square-feet warehouse, contributing to the research and purchase of software that

June 2005 – June 2008
o Served as Lead Technical Support for the Defense Attaché Office at the United States Embassy in
Kabul, Afghanistan under the Defense Intelligence Agency’s HOCnet Field Services Representative
contract.

resolution of technical problems occurring away from the Embassy on official missions.
o Installed and maintained 17 Secret- and Top Secret-level workstations, conducting backups of all
