o Served as Primary Technical Support for the ten members of the Defense Attaché Support System
Office (DASSO) at the United States Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany under the Defense
Intelligence Agency’s SIPRNET Solutions for the Information Technology SITE contract.
o Support over 130 Defense Attaché Offices (DAO) in Europe, Africa, and Southeastern Asia,
configuring and maintaining up to 150 Windows 2003 and 2008-based servers located in 80 different
countries.
§ Field Services Systems Administrator – General Dynamics
February 2009 – July 2011
o Served as Primary Technical Support for the Defense Attaché Support System Office (DASSO) at
the United States Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany, under the Defense Intelligence Agency’s
HOCnet Field Services Representative contract.
o Provided primary support for over 100 Defense Attaché Offices (DAO) located in Europe, Africa,
and Southeastern Asia, travelling over 145,000 miles to provide onsite service for mission systems.
o Liaised between State Department IT support staff and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)
employees to facilitate maintenance and support of OPENNET and CLASSNET State Department
networks.
o Maintained up to 150 Windows 2003-based servers located in 80 countries, providing remote
technical support for over 1,500 personnel and 2,000 desktop workstations connected to the Defense
Intelligence Agency’s SIPRNET and SCINET classified networks.
o Managed an 8000 square-feet warehouse, contributing to the research and purchase of software that
saves over 160 labor hours per year in the inventorying and shipment of electronic systems to
Defense Attaché Offices in 100 countries.
§ Field Services Systems Administrator – TransQuest Ventures
June 2005 – June 2008
o Served as Lead Technical Support for the Defense Attaché Office at the United States Embassy in
Kabul, Afghanistan under the Defense Intelligence Agency’s HOCnet Field Services Representative
contract.
o Conducted weekly user training sessions with U.S. Military and government employees on the
resolution of technical problems occurring away from the Embassy on official missions.
o Installed and maintained 17 Secret- and Top Secret-level workstations, conducting backups of all
servers while ensuring the security of sensitive user data.
o Liaised between customers and headquarters system administrators, facilitating the creation and
maintenance of user and machine accounts.
o Acted as primary point of contact and support for off-site clandestine field sites with DIA assets,
securing systems and materials up to a US-only, top secret/sensitive-compartmented information
(TS/SCI) level, installing and synchronizing US-only encryption devices within the office.
o Supervised two junior field technicians serving in the same geographic region, providing ongoing
coaching to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in supporting DIA staff.

o Designed a specialized Windows-based network infrastructure from inception, implementing 25
Windows 2003 Domain Controllers, 500 Windows XP clients, and 3 Exchange 2003 servers.
o Implemented and monitored enterprise services, including Domain Name System (DNS), Windows
Group Policies, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) servers, and Flexible Single Master
Operations (FSMO) servers.
o Troubleshot and monitored directory service connectivity between 14 separate locations.

February 2002 – August 2003
o Served as Project Lead on Terminal Services solutions for the Joint Counterintelligence Training
Academy (JCITA) training center, installing Windows CE clients and a Windows 2000 Terminal server
solution. The implementation of this plan saved JCITA over $52,000 in computer upgrades.
o Designed and executed the migration of 28 Windows NT 4.0 Servers and a 1,800-client mixed-mode
environment of Windows NT and 98 Workstations to a pure Windows 2000 infrastructure.
o Maintained a 99% uptime metric for server applications, including Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 and
Systems Management Server 2.0 (SMS).

o Assisted in the migration of over 4,500 NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 workstations, and 45 servers over
three geographic regions from SMS 1.2 Servers to SMS 2.0.
